  18. I don't have an A1200 - but I do have a A3000 with a 16MHz version of
  19. the 68030.  I can tell you that once I moved the Mac disk from a FileDisk
  20. to a DeviceDisk (you can only do so if you register), the speed upon boot
  21. and any other disk access was orders of magnitude faster.

  23. Visual speed compares to my wifes Performa 475 (68040 @ 25 MHz).
